If you’re using Chatter, you may have noticed that following the Account doesn't always provide the visibility you need -- to see updates on related contacts and child objects, you need to follow each of those records as well. Chat Roll Up addresses this issue by allowing users to “roll up” all Chatter feeds to the Account level, offering complete visibility into critical changes, updates, and more to users following the Account.
